POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Penobscot Bay YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, 健康十大网赌网址和社会责任. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Supervise program staff to ensure sound operations. Frame, analyze and address the root cause of systemic issues rather than symptoms.
