Trekkers to host annual fundraising Community Auction, Nov. 5

Event has passed

ROCKLAND — On Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, Trekkers will host its annual Community Auction at the Rockland Elks Club. Each item purchased at the auction will support more than forty families with their dues.

Dues help fund a student’s participation in the program and include mentoring and experiential learning opportunities – like outdoor recreation, travel, cultural experiences, environmental education, and post-secondary exploration activities. All proceeds support Trekkers and Trekkers families.

Items for sale include sports memorabilia, memberships, artwork, restaurant gift certificates, and other items and services donated by local businesses and supporters. Also featured will be the annual pie sale, all home-baked by families and volunteers.

All are welcome and entry is free.

2PM – 4PM Silent Auction (the “Buy Now” Option runs 2PM – 3PM)
4PM – 5PM Live Auction (hosted by Bruce Gamage of Gamage Antiques)

As the date approaches, Trekkers will release a full catalog to preview ahead of time. Can’t make the Live Auction? Bidders will be able to submit an online absentee bidding form, and Trekkers will bid on their behalf. RSVP on Facebook for updates and reminders about the event.
